They use a variety of fine woods including Pine, Cherry and Maple. The old techniques of dove tail drawers and mortise and tenon joints are still used by the Friese family and all furniture is finished with traditional stains and authentic milk paint, using hand rubbed finishes that are applied to achieve an authentically aged appearance.
